Workshop #1: Caring for Wellbeing

Tested, practical ways for employees to improve their wellbeing through the science-based PERMAH framework.
This fun, interactive and engaging workshop is a powerful first step in equipping your team with the tools to support and care for their own and each other’s wellbeing.

Format

90-minute interactive workshop held at your venue of choice. Participants will be proided with all workshop materials.

Inclusions

Science-based PERMAH
Wellbeing Measurement Survey and resources to help participants care for their long-term wellbeing.

Outcomes

Understanding the signs of low wellbeing and the impact on mental health. Participants will develop a personalised plan of action to help them care for their wellbeing.

The workshop consists
of two phases

Grounded in the evidence-based PERHMAH Wellbeing framework, your team will learn about the six PERMAH pillars that help us to feel well and function effectively.

PERMAH Wellbeing Survey (pre-workshop)

Participants complete a confidential 5-minute online PERMAH wellbeing measurement providing them with insights into how they might be feeling and functoning at the moment.

Interactive 90-minute Workshop

Participants use their own survey results to help them explore ways to care for their wellbeing and be empowered with tools and resources to create their own personalised wellbeing action plan.

Workshop outcomes

Each participant will come away with:

Awareness of the six wellbeing pillars of the PERMAH framework
Personalised PERMAH Wellbeing Survey results
A confidential and personalised wellbeing action plan

Workshop #2: Harnessing Team Strengths

This action-packed workshop focuses on both the strengths of each individual and the combined strengths of the team.

2.5 hour immersive workshop

Participants complete an evidence-based assessment providing individuals with their own strength profiles and a team profile assessment to understand how the team works best together.

Interactive Half-day Workshop

Workshop #3: Managing Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace

Learn how to safeguard your employees against stress-related risks.  
Fostering a culture of wellbeing in the workplace is about more than employee mental health and wellness. It also assists employers to meet their legal duty to protect workers from the risk of harm from work-related stress.

90-minute presentation for employers wanting to know more about their duty of care under the new WHS regulations.

What are psychosocial hazards?

'Psychological health risks from psychosocial hazards must be managed just like any other physical health and safety risk. These hazards are anything in the design or management of work that increases the risk of work-related stress.' SafeWork SA

This presentation will give participants insights into 14 psychosocial hazards identified by SafeWork Australia's Code of Practice, providing practical strategies for risk mitigation and resources for ongoing support.
